Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs ground beef
  2. 1 envelope dry onion soup
  3. 1 tsp ginger
  4. 2 7 oz pkgs medium noodles
  5. 1 6 oz can sliced mushrooms
  6. 7 cups hot water
  7. 4 Tbs flour
  8. 2 cups sour cream
Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Sprinkle soup mix and ginger over ground beef. Mix well.
  3. Arrange uncooked noodles over ground beef mixture.
  4. Add mushrooms with liquid.
  5. Pour water over noodles. Cover tightly.
  6. Cook at 225 degrees for 20 minutes or until noodles are done.
  7. Blend flour into sour cream.
  8. Stir in mixture.
  9. Cook for about 3 minutes or until thickened.
  10. FREEZE.
